RSA AM7.1 – 90 days since last login report

This applies to RSA Authentication Manager 7.1

There is no canned report that will show users who haven’t logged in during the past 90 days, but with some modification it can be done.

Method 1 – Using the GUI

First go to Reporting > Reports > Add New
Select the template ”Users with days since last login using specific token”
Save the report.

To run the report, go to Reporting > Reports > Manage Existing
Select the report and choose “Run report now”

After running the report click on the Completed tab to view it in HTML, in browser, or CSV format.

Method 2 – Using a custom SQL script

Copy the lines below into a file called something like lastlogin.sql and put it in /usr/local/RSASecurity/RSAAuthenticationManager/utils:

set serveroutput on;
set echo off;
set feedback off;
set wrap on;
set heading on;

set trimout on;
set trimspool on;
set verify off;
set define on;

spool users_notloggedin.csv

select atk.serial_number, ipd.loginuid, ipld.login_date
from rsa_rep.am_token atk, rsa_rep.ims_principal_data ipd, rsa_batchrep.ims_principal_login_date ipld
where atk.principal_id=ipd.id
and ipd.id = ipld.principal_id
and to_date(SUBSTR(ipld.login_date, 1, 18), 'DD-MON-YY') < sysdate - 90;

spool off
<EOF>

To run the script:

$ cd /usr/local/RSASecurity/RSAAuthenticationManager/utils
$ ./rsautil manage-database -a exec-sql -U com.rsa.db.root -f lastlogin.sql -q

The output will be displayed on screen and in the file users_notloggedin.csv
